  • 9date nights
  • 11dinners with friends

And 18 more: lie-ins, cinema trips and games nights.

An example recap, with made-up numbers.

Your pace, your call

Life happens. Your total waits.

  • A busy week is fine. Pick it up when it suits. Every one still counts.

  • Nothing to fall behind on. Miss a day and nothing breaks. Log it whenever it happens.

  • Fun counts the same. A cinema trip counts as much as a run.

What will yours be?

From a lie-in to a 10k run.

Simple pleasures or something bigger. Whatever makes you happy, little and often.

  3. Log

Log it when it happens, in one tap.

Why we made Stryver

You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Life got busy, and the things that made us us slipped down the list. So we picked a few, kept count, little and often, and it worked.

Questions, answered

What is a Stryve?
A Stryve is a few things you’d like to do more of, each with a number to aim for, over a time you choose. It can be short and simple, like five early nights this week, or bigger, like 20 walks of 5 km, 6 books and 10 date nights by the end of March. You log them whenever they happen.
When can I get it?
Stryver is coming to iPhone and Android in late 2026. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you as soon as it’s ready, and invite you to early access as places open up.
Who can see what I log?
A Stryve you set up on your own is private. In a shared Stryve, the people in it can see what’s logged there, and you’re told that before you join. You choose what each Buddy can do. You can download or delete your data at any time. More in our privacy notice.
Is Stryver a health app?
No. Stryver is a lifestyle and wellbeing app. It helps you do more of the things you choose, but it doesn’t give medical advice or track your health. You know your body best. If you’re ever in any doubt, speak to your doctor.
